Tweens

The “tween” (pre-teen) years are certainly busy ones. Gymnastics, baseball, or soccer.  Kids love to just get out and play.  Unfortunately, they also fall, scrape knees, and hit their head.

Add to it one of the worst things for their spines- sitting at a desk for hours a day. Stuck in desks their necks begin to lose the normal alignment that is essential for good function. When it does kids lose focus, attention, and their ability to sit and learn.

Many frustrated teachers have been forced to deal with these young students behaviors instead of teaching them. It is no wonder so many kids get put on mood altering or mind numbing drugs.

So how much Ritalin does it take to restore the proper curve to the neck? What they really need is for someone to make sure their spines are aligned and able to function. Then our children can focus and learn and allow our teachers to be teachers again.
